Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using SendSafe. By creating an account or uploading a file you agree to be bound by them.

1. About the service

SendSafe is a secure, encrypted file-transfer service operated by !!PLACEHOLDER — your organisation name!! ("we", "us", "our"). The service lets registered users upload files and share them via expiring, optionally end-to-end encrypted links.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your organisation to create an account. Accounts are for !!PLACEHOLDER — internal employees / invited users / your definition!! only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Upload, share, or solicit illegal content of any kind.
  • Upload malware, ransomware, or any file intended to harm recipients.
  • Circumvent access controls, attempt to compromise the security of the service, or access another user's data.
  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, including data-protection legislation.
  • Share files containing personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We do not routinely inspect the content of uploaded files. Files are stored encrypted and automatically deleted according to the expiry settings you choose.

5. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at durakovic.m@trusted-id.eu if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may take the service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to a security incident.

Files are stored for the duration you select and may be deleted automatically after expiry or when the maximum download count is reached. You are responsible for keeping your own copies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law
